1) PSA Soccer Sessions (Field)
January & February (8 weeks)
Saturdays: 1/4, 1/11, 1/18, 1/25, 2/1, 2/8, 2/15, 2/22
9-1030am: PSA 2007 – 2012 ($255 total)
1030-12pm: PSA 2013 – 2017 ($255 total)
Description: 90 minute soccer sessions, including work on/off the ball and live play. Improve your technical ability and become proficient in different areas of the game. Develop the correct mechanics for sprinting, changing direction, jumping and landing. You’ll also have the opportunity to scrimmage and compete against your teammates.
2) PSA Gym Sessions (Performance Training)
January & February (8 weeks)
Tuesdays: 1/7, 1/14, 1/21, 1/28, 2/4, 2/11, 2/18, 2/25
6-7pm: PSA 2015 – 2011, Learn How to Move ($175 total)
7-8pm: PSA 2010 – 2007, Performance Sessions ($175 total)
Description: Train inside the RC Performance Center! The “Learn How to Move” sessions will focus on mastering body weight movements. The “Performance Group” will increase the intensity and add load. Sessions will include strength, speed, power, agility, mobility, core, stability, conditioning, injury prevention and more. Everything will be age appropriate!

Anytime you’re going to drop in, you need to text us the day before or the morning of so we have a heads up.
Drop-In Cost for PSA x RC Winter Programs:
60 minute session, $40
90 minute session, $50
Payment options:
CASH. For drop ins, we’re trying to have everyone put their money in an envelope. Write the athlete’s full name on it and hand it to a coach when you arrive.
